A few of the venues on Flow
What does Flow offer schools and multi-site operators?
Flow is a booking and operations platform that scales from one venue to many: term programs with attendance, family accounts for parents, recurring contracts with schools and companies that are quoted and invoiced to the organization, location-scoped roles, and accounting integrations. It runs 40+ locations and has processed 35,000+ bookings.
Across your sites
Every site on one calendar, with roles scoped per location
Site managers see their own courts and classes, regional managers see their region, and head office sees the whole operation.
At scale
How Flow runs a multi-site operation
Larger operators need the same simplicity as a single studio, plus structure: who can see what, which organization pays for which sessions, and how every site reports into one set of books.
Location-scoped roles
A site manager sees their own courts and classes, a regional manager sees their region, and head office sees everything. Permissions follow the role, not the person.
Contracts with organizations
Book a recurring series of court and coach sessions for a school or company, send a quote, and invoice the organization once it is accepted. Cancelling the contract cancels the whole series in one step.
Term programs and attendance
Run term-based programs with fixed weekly sessions, capacity per group and coach rosters. Coaches record attendance per session, and the history builds up across the term.
Family accounts
Parents enroll and pay for each child from one account, and receive confirmations and schedule changes on WhatsApp.
A WhatsApp number per site
Each location can message customers from its own WhatsApp number, with templates and inbox filtered by site, so conversations reach the right team.
Built around your process
Large operators always have something specific. Your requests go straight to our product team, and we have shipped more than 600 features in the last three months, many of them first built for one client.

Proven at scale
Academies and operators running many sessions a week
Tennis and padel academies such as Ryze Tennis, Net Academy and Gaby Reca Academy run their programs, coaches and parent payments on Flow, and Red Sea Sports Club operates its multi-sport schedule on the same platform.
Across the platform, more than 25 venues operate 190+ courts and spaces in 40+ locations. Flow has processed 35,000+ bookings for 28,000+ players and members, and delivered over 100,000 WhatsApp messages.

Finance & compliance
Books that close themselves at month end
Finance teams at larger operators need every payment, contract and refund to reconcile without a spreadsheet in between.
Accounting integrations
E-invoices and credit notes sync automatically to Wafeq, Qoyod, Daftra, Zoho Books, Odoo or Oracle, including ZATCA e-invoicing where it applies. We build new integrations on request.
Invoices to organizations
Contract sessions are quoted and invoiced to the school or company rather than to individual players, with one invoice per contract.
Payments per location
Online payments, wallet top-ups and refunds are tracked per location, so each site reconciles on its own and head office sees the total.
Local payment methods
mada, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard through licensed local gateways, with bank transfers recorded for contract payments.
Built with you
Ask for it. We build it.
Most booking software asks you to change how you run your business. We work the other way around. Your requests go straight to the team that builds Flow, and many of the features clubs use every day started as one venue’s idea.

Common questions from larger operators
Can we run many locations from one account?
Yes. All locations live under one account with roles scoped per site or region, and reporting rolls up to head office. Each site can keep its own WhatsApp number.
Can a school book recurring sessions under one contract?
Yes. You create a recurring series of court and coach sessions for the organization, send a quote, and invoice the organization once it is accepted. The whole series can be cancelled in one step.
How do parents manage their children’s programs?
A parent account holds each child. Parents enroll, pay and follow attendance for every child from one login, with confirmations on WhatsApp.
Does Flow integrate with our accounting system?
Flow syncs e-invoices and credit notes to Wafeq, Qoyod, Daftra, Zoho Books, Odoo and Oracle today, including ZATCA e-invoicing where it applies. If you use another system, talk to us: integrations are part of what we build on request.
Can you build features specific to our organization?
Yes. Requests go straight to our product team, and we have shipped more than 600 features in the last three months, many of them first built for a single client and then made available to everyone.
